The CEO will directly manage a 5-7 member Senior Leadership Team. S/he will work closely with these two governing boards and the Senior Leadership Team to develop a compelling vision and mid-term and long-term strategy for Teach For Bangladesh. The CEO’s work is centered around the ability to invest and engage external stakeholders as vital partners in our work and to develop a high-performing, results-oriented staff team.
