Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer will strengthen our core program, building deeper programmatic coherence and enhancing institutional capacity, setting Teach For Bangladesh on the path to broader impact and scale. They will coach, upskill, and manage leaders across program teams in recruitment and selection of new Fellows, pre-service training, pastoral support and professional development, and post-program alumni support. In partnership with the CEO and other members of the senior team, the CPO will ultimately oversee the organization’s successful transition from the Founder-CEO.

Director, Fellowship Recruitment and Selection

The leader of the Fellowship Recruitment and Selection Team will work with the CPO/CEO and Senior Leadership Team to set an ambitious vision and innovative strategy, including expansion of the Fellowship program into additional regions across Bangladesh. In 2024, s/he will manage a team of 7-10 members to bring in 4,000+ applications and recruit 100+ individuals to the 2025 Fellowship program to be placed in urban Dhaka and Chattogram, and rural Cox’s Bazar, and North Bengal. Director, Operations & Human Resources

The Director, Operations & Human Resources will lead Teach For Bangladesh’s operational activities, including Regional Operations, Government Relations, Events Management, Vendor Management, and Logistics. S/he will work to strengthen Teach For Bangladesh’s talent management, manage staff life cycles, and support senior management in building a high-impact work environment. Deputy Manager/ Manager, Program (Cox’s Bazar)

The Program Team at Teach For Bangladesh is responsible for the growth and development of Teach For Bangladesh Fellows as effective teachers who are driving student outcomes in alignment with our vision and as powerful leaders who are grounded in core values and community. Each Deputy Manager/ Manager, Program line manages a team of 2-6 Coaches (and through them, oversees 75 to 100 Fellows and their classrooms). Program Managers are responsible for the training and ongoing development of Coaches to ensure their success with Fellows and in classrooms. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for overall school- and thana-level stakeholder relationships.

Senior Associate/Deputy Manager, Partnership Development & Resource Mobilization

The Development team at Teach For Bangladesh is an integral part of our long-term mission to eradicate educational inequity in Bangladesh. To help the Development team strengthen existing relationships,Teach For Bangladesh is seeking a proactive Senior Associate/Deputy Manager to nurture new ones, and ensure financial sustainability. Program Associate

The Program Team at Teach For Bangladesh is responsible for the growth and development of Teach For Bangladesh Fellows as effective teachers who are driving student outcomes in alignment with our vision and as powerful leaders who are grounded in core values and community. The program associate will collaborate with colleagues within the Program team to design and execute workshops, FGDs, and programs involving fellows, schools, and community. The Associate will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the projects and report the project outcomes to the program manager.

Associate, Training and Design

The Training and Design Associate will translate curriculum design, deliver in-person training sessions, develop Teacher Development modules, and collaborate with the Coaching & Support Team. They will also coordinate TFB projects, lead monthly parent and student engagement, and monitor the effectiveness of the Fellowship curriculum.

Associate, Alumni Impact

The Associate, Alumni Impact, will play a key leadership role in Teach For Bangladesh’s program team in integrating alumni vision into fellow support and transitioning from Fellow to Alumni. They will collaborate with leadership coaches, prepare alumni for post-fellowship careers, and build Prioritized Alumni Pathways. Furthermore, the Associate will be responsible for creating a uniquely strong community among Alumni, keeping them rooted in Teach For Bangladesh’s mission, vision, and values, and in their commitment to one another.
